A. OutlookEnvoy is
an Online Calendar, and an Add-In that plugs seamlessly into Microsoft
Outlook®. It allows your scheduled event to communicate to our server which in
turn will call you with a reminder message.

A. Our Basic
package starts at only $14.95 a year.

Do I have to keep my computer on all the time?
A. Absolutely
not! Once your appointment is created, our servers do the rest.

Do I need to have Outlook installed to use this service?
A. No. You
can use our online calendar instead which works just as well.

I schedule when to be reminded?
A. Yes. Just
select when you would like to be reminded in Microsoft Outlook® on the
appointment tab.

Will this interfere with my email?
A. Absolutely not.
You will not even know that OutlookEnvoy is running.

Will I be able to change my phone number to be contacted on?
A. Yes. Just
log into OutlookEnvoy and change your setup information, or if using our Online
Calendar you have the option to send the call to any number you choose when
making the appointment.

I'm having problems installing. Where can I get the .Net Framework
1.1?
A. The
installation program will route you to Microsoft's website to install the .Net
Framework 1.1. If you are still having problems, you can also download the
framework by clicking here.
After the file has completed downloading, unzip the file and double-click
DotNetFX.exe to begin the installation.
